Namaste and hello to all!

I am a trained Sex & Intimacy Coach and Tantra Yoga Healer. That is my main focus.
I also am a certified Yin Yoga Teacher, Shiatsu Massage Therapist, Jin Shin Do Acupressurist, Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Healer of Usui, Shamballa, Kundalini, & Tera-Mei Seichim, Igili Master Healer with the Angels, an Advanced Integrated Energy Therapist, Certified in Frequency Balancing Healing Energies and Axiotonal Alignment Practitioner. It's too many to advertise, so I just tell people I do Energy Healing Work and Bodywork.

I have a Spiritual site strictly for clients who really want to do Spiritual Healing work, and do NOT want to do Tantra work and are sincere in their spiritual path, or maybe are not ready to do that tantra path. That site is www.Divine-Awakening.com (Although I'm not attached to that name. I have other names I have thought of, and am open to discussion about them if anyone is interested).

I've been on the path of Spirituality and Healing since December of 1995. I am a wounded adult healer and new mom. I grew up with a mom who had and still has Borderline Personality Disorder and was/is an alcoholic. I dealt with that as a child by developing bulimia and escaping my mom's house whenever possible. I stayed after school and volunteered to do anything I could to be at school so I did NOT have to go home (extra credit for classes, helping teachers, tutoring, and sports), but ultimately, I did have to go home.

I wish now I told the teachers the truth about what was going on at home, but as an adult now, I am taking care of the little girl inside me. I spent all of my 20s and until the age of 35, using relationships as a distraction to face my child abuse. Now after Sept. of 2009, at the age of 35, I am finally putting relationships on hold, and facing the deep dark truth of my child abuse. I have been healing for 14 years, but not until I put everything in my life aside (except my child and career) on hold and truly face the pain inside me of what happened when I was little, can I be the best Healer and person I can be!

Sometimes I go through periods of being in complete peace for months on end (usually 2 weeks after Landmark). After I receive a healing session, or do a Healing Training or Intensive Healing weekend, all of my stuff will come up. During those times I need to go inward and be gentle with myself. I still offer sessions, but not as many and not as often, so I can focus on my healing.

I used to use this journal for writing only about my optimistic experiences of healing; such as Workshops I've attended, a beautiful intimate encounter with a lover or boyfriend, a loving session I had with a client, a beautiful experience with a friend or something else that made my heart sing. But I realized lately that when I do this and don't express the other side of me, that I'm lying to others and only hiding myself from who I really am. My intention is to find really good friends on here, and to build long relationships with people who may be able to relate to me or be of like mind. I have two sides of me that sometimes manifest in my reality -- a side of great peace and love, spiritual connection to source, to God, to all that is, playfulness, fun, artistic expression, dance and joy

the other side, when I am triggered (by my partner, or my mom, or my brothers, or friends, or any other situation that arises -- and all the fears that are accompanied from this, or the doubt, or sadness or anger) goes inward, I watch movies, take baths, read books, go to the bookstore, out to dinner alone or movies alone, do a lot of journaling, sometimes yoga classes, and call on my friends/healers/coaches or therapists to help me. I also self medicate flower essences and do breathwork when I am alone.

I may post poetry, or writings, or stories, or brief feelings on here, but I welcome your friendships and I welcome your love and I welcome the new!

Who is Niseema? This was a name given to me by Amma, the indian hugging saint. I used this for a short while but didn't feel it was calling me for very long. However, the meaning does. It means mother to all.

Other Spiritual names I've been given:
Ahriyahnah - this was my first Spiritual name, although at the time I didn't trust my own intuition. I later discovered this was/is my Guardian Angel. Ahriyahnah (Ariana) means cleansing oneself of all impurities!
Amrita - this was given to me by Swami Ramananda, other known as Swamiji, he is a devotee of Anandamayi Ma; the saint I feel most drawn to. Amrita means the nectar of compassion.
Shanti - This name was given to me by Miraj Singh. It means peace!
